- Sebastian Giovinco (Toronto) $5.6m
- David Villa (NYC) $5.6m
- Jozy Altidore (Toronto) $4.75m
- Robbie Keane (LA) $4.5m
- Giovani Dos Santos (LA) $4m
- Clint Dempsey (Seattle) $3.9m
- Obafemi Martins (Seattle) $3m
- Jermaine Jones (New England) $2.8m
- Andrea Pirlo (NYC) $2m
- Shaun Maloney (Chicago) $1.6m
- Omar Gonzalez (LA) $1.2m
- Federico Higuain (Columbus) $1.2m
- Pedro Morales (Vancouver) $1.2m
