Fifa's World Rankings for April were published yesterday. 2010 World Cup winners Spain remain in top spot followed by The Netherlands, Brazil, Germany and England in 6th place. Ghana are the top African team in 15th.
The USA drop again to 22nd. Japan, winners of the Asian Cup, are up to 13th.
