All good things come to an end and this also applies to the hit show 'Ted Lasso'. The comedy, which starred Jason Sudeikis, which started off as a simple NBC advertisement to promote the English premier league, has now run its course though has won millions of fans with its good natured humour.
Richmond FC was pretty much modelled on Crystal Palace with all the South London clubs sensibilities and politeness.
The comedy was always going to be stretched in terms of making it an enduring storyline and for the last three seasons, it did such a good job in itself.
Diehard fans will be satisfied though many will be quite happy that it was pleasant and easy to watch during some difficult times around the world.
